Drink cans, sugar increases the risk of diabetes.

Sugary drinks cans from 1 to 2 drinks a day can increase the risk of diabetes. A study conducted by scientists of 8 European countries such as Britain, Germany, Denmark Italy Spain, Sweden, France and the Netherlands have shown that the consumption of sweet drinks 1 drinks a day increases the risk of diabetes type 2 about 1/5 compared with those who drank only 1 bottle per month.




During the experiment, the scientists examined the diet of about 35 thousand people, the results showed that those who drink cans such as orange juice almost daily increased the risk of diabetes than those who drank occasionally.

Study leader, Mrs. Dora Romaguera, from Imperial College London, said that the use of sugar sweetened beverages increase the risk of diabetes. So every drink category 1 drinks a day have a higher risk to it.
